Monastic Media Refund Policy

Monastic Media is committed to providing high-quality social media services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Pre-Paid Services:

Refunds for Unused Services: If, for any reason, Monastic Media is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full refund for the unused portion of the pre-paid amount will be issued.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction: While we strive for client satisfaction, refunds for dissatisfaction with completed services will not be issued. However, we encourage open communication and will work diligently to resolve any concerns or issues.

2. Monthly Retainer Services:

Month-to-Month Contracts:
Clients on month-to-month contracts can cancel their service with a one-month written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current month's services.

Annual Contracts: Annual contracts are non-refundable. However, Monastic Media may consider prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen business closures or significant changes to the agreed-upon services.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please submit a written request to om@monastic.media or 9016018089. Please provide the following information:

Your name
Your contact information
Order number or invoice number
Reason for the refund request

Monastic Media reserves the right to review and approve all refund requests.

Please note:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the approval of your refund request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Monastic Media may require additional documentation to process a refund request.
